Over the years, Bruce Dundas Master Builders has grown into a respected name in the construction industry, known for delivering quality across generations.
Our Story
Bruce Dundas Master Builders was founded in 1950 by Charles Frederick Bruce-Dundas, a man whose career in construction spanned more than six decades and set the foundation for the values we still uphold today.
After starting his career in England at just 14 years old, he rose through the ranks to become a director and shareholder before emigrating to South Africa. There, he built a company rooted in excellence, discipline, and uncompromising workmanship.
His legacy lives on in landmark projects such as the Tygerberg Hospital Nurses’ Home and the Molecular Biology Building at the University of Cape Town.
